Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager / Senior Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial performance of our business, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing financial guidance to our management team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the financial performance of our business, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly and annual financial statements.
• Provide financial guidance to our management team, including financial planning and analysis.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with our management team to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Knowledge of accounting software and systems.
