Agribusiness/Market Systems Officer

Purpose of the Role The Agribusiness/Market Systems Officer will lead interventions in market development, business mentorship, value addition, post-harvest handling, financial linkages, aggregation, productive partnerships, and enterprise development for farmers and youth. Key Responsibilities Conduct market assessments and identify viable market opportunities for selected value chains. Support farmer groups and youth entrepreneurs to develop business plans and market-oriented production plans. Facilitate linkages with off-takers, agro-processors, input suppliers, financial institutions, transporters, aggregation centers, and private sector actors.
