Key Duties: Operational Leadership • Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple store locations • Conduct regular store visits to monitor performance and compliance • Ensure consistent execution of visual merchandising and brand standards
Qualifications and Requirements: • Secondary education (or equivalent); a business-related qualification is advantageous • Proven experience managing multiple retail locations or leading multi-site operations • Strong working knowledge of retail operations, financial management, and performance metrics • Proficiency in standard business systems and Microsoft Office tools
