RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Delivering on contracted SLA's

  • Performance Management
  • Coaching & Training
  • Ongoing Coaching & identification of training and development needs

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Matric / Grade 12
  • Relevant tertiary financial qualification
  • Completion of Regulatory Exam 1
  • 8-10 years Client Services Manager / Banking/ Lisp Environment experience
  • At least 5 years in management
  • Client-focused, collaborative, and results-driven
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask, innovate, and thrive under pressure
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and empathetic attitude
