Job Description
- Supports healthy relationship between employees, management and trade unions within the Premier Group
- Assist with handling workplace grievances, disputes, and disciplinary processes in line with the Premier Group policies.
- Support the business with compliance with employment legislation i.e. Labour Relations Act (LRA), Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA)
- Assist the HR Team with preparing documentation for disciplinary hearing, consultations and other labour related forums.
- Support Collective bargaining processes, i.e. wage negotiations
Programme information:
- This is a 12-month graduate programme based at our corporate office, working across the regions reporting to the Manager: Group Employee Relations
- Will at times support the national Human Resources structure in rolling out of specific projects / tasks.
- May be required to travel to sites for exposure to all business units
- Driver’s license (advantageous)
Qualification Requirements
- Grade 12
- Completed a Diploma/ Degree in: Human Resource/ Labour Relations Management
Experience Requirements
No formal work experience is required.
