etc. We must remove
tags (since not allowed) but preserve content word-for-word? The rule says preserve ALL original content word-for-word — do not add, remove, summarise, or rephrase. However we also must not use
tags. There's a conflict: If we remove
tags, we are removing content. But maybe we can replace

tags". So we must not output
tags. But we also must preserve original content word-for-word. How to reconcile? Likely we should treat

inside paragraphs to separate sentences. We could keep the text but remove the
tags, and the text will still be there. That is removing the
tags, which is removing original markup but not the textual content. The rule says preserve ALL original content word-for-word — do not add, remove, summarise, or rephrase. It might refer to the textual content, not the markup. Usually these tasks: keep the text, but reformat tags. So we can drop
tags as they are just formatting. We'll keep the textual content.
