Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hostel Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our hostel, ensuring that all facilities and services are provided to our students in a safe and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the hostel's front desk and reception area
- Coordinate with the facilities team to ensure that all facilities are clean and well-maintained
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of guest stay and payment
- Ensure that all hostel policies and procedures are followed
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the hostel's services and facilities
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
- Ability to lift heavy objects and move around the hostel
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
