Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HRIS Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our HR Information System (HRIS) to ensure accurate and timely data management.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain HRIS to ensure accurate and timely data management
- Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards to support business decisions
- Conduct data analysis and provide insights to support business growth
- Collaborate with HR team to ensure seamless integration of HRIS with other HR systems
- Provide training and support to HR staff on HRIS usage
- Ensure compliance with HRIS data security and privacy policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in HRIS implementation and maintenance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office
