INVITATION TO BID – FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR HOTEL, VENUE, AND CONFERENCE SERVICES

BRAC International Liberia Country Office hereby invites eligible and qualified service providers to submit bids for the establishment of a Framework Agreement for the provision of hotel, venue, and conference services. The objective of this tender is to engage capable service providers to deliver reliable, high-quality, and cost-effective services for meetings, trainings, workshops, and events across BRAC operational locations in Liberia. Services shall include conference facilities, accommodation, catering, and related event support services, under a call-off arrangement.

Tenderers must submit their Tenders to the Purchaser, at the address specified in ITT Sub-Clause 23.2, no later than the date and time specified in the TDS.
