• Chain Saw 0.70 STIHL Brand with blade and chain
• Dics Poungh for Power Tiller, Mobo Dsc Plough, Single disc light plough (preferred)
• Disc size: 400-450mm weight: 80-90kg
• Ploughing rake, Rear-mounted ploughing rake/levelling rake attachment compatible machine: 5-7 HP power tiller (walk-behind) rake
• Power Tiller, 7 HP diesel/electric- (start power tiller + full attachment kit (plough, ridger, skid, cultivator wagon)
• Tillers, Engine type: 4-stroke diesel (preferred) Power: 5-7 HP (optimal for woman friendly use)
• Weeder weight: (3-7kg, power 250-1000w motor, Battery 24-48v lithium, Width 20-30cm)

INSTRUCTIONS

The tender dossier with instructions on how to submit your bid can be collected from Concern Monrovia Office between 6th & 7th Streets, Behind Razzouk Bros Sharp. Showroom, Monrovia, Sinkor, on Tubman Boulevard, opposite the Greenland Supermarket, Monrovia-Liberia beginning 9th July 2026 between 8am to 5:00pm daily Monday and 8:00am – 1:00pm Friday.

Submission Deadline

Bids must be delivered to the Concern Monrovia Office on or before Friday, 24th, July 2026 latest 1:00 pm. Late bids, those not in sealed envelopes, not properly labelled or incomplete, will be rejected. Concern Worldwide will take no responsibility for bids not delivered directly to Concern’s Office.

Bid Opening

Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders or their representatives at the Concern Worldwide Monrovia Office, on Thursday 30th, July 2026 at 3:30pm. Only bidders who have submitted an offer shall participate in the opening of the Bids.

Winning Bidders

Winning bidder will be notified on or before the 5th Wednesday August 2026 and contract will be awarded on or before the 10th of August 2026. Canvassing by tenderer or by proxy shall lead to automatic disqualification by the tender.
