<ol>
<li>Main Responsibilities:<br>
1.1. Lead the development and implementation of the Continuous Improvement (CI) program for marine and port operations.<br>
1.2. Identify and eliminate process inefficiencies across shiploading, offshore loading, and material handling systems.<br>
1.3. Develop KPI dashboards and monitor performance against targets (availability, productivity, OEE, cost per ton, vessel loading time, demurrage, etc.).<br>
1.4. Coordinate root cause analysis (RCA) and reliability improvement projects in collaboration with maintenance and production teams.<br>
1.5. Support digitalization and automation initiatives related to vessel scheduling, loading optimization, and stockyard management.<br>
1.6. Implement and sustain a culture of Operational Excellence and Safety Leadership within marine operations.<br>
1.7. Conduct training and coaching of operational teams in continuous improvement methodologies.<br>
1.8. Ensure compliance with company policies, environmental standards, and maritime regulations (ISPS, IMO, local port authorities).<br>
1.9. Interface with stakeholders (Port Authority, Shipping, Logistics, Maintenance, HSE, Planning, and Engineering).</li>

2.1. Vessel loading rate (tph) and vessel turnaround time (hours per vessel)</p>
<p>2.2. Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) of shiploaders and conveyors<br>
2.3. Reduction in demurrage and port waiting time<br>
2.4. Maintenance cost reduction and asset availability improvement<br>
2.5. Safety and environmental compliance (TRIFR, near miss reporting, zero spills)<br>
2.6. Implementation rate of CI initiatives and savings achieved</p></li>
