Job Description

Job title: Duties and Responsibilities / KPI’s

Expected Delivery:

  • Receive and deliver documents or items as instructed
  • Deliver items precisely and timely
  • Assist with office duties such as photocopying and filing
  • Attend visitors and serve promptly
  • Maintain office cleanliness

Implementation of office 5s program in all offices

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform activities including receiving and delivering documents
  • Support office operations and assist staff
  • Maintain cleanliness of offices, equipment, and furniture
  • Oversee visual management boards and SDQCM processes
  • Improve efficiency and continuous improvement
  • Ensure accurate recordkeeping and PoE’s of training documents

Safety

  1. Site safety policy and new initiatives
  2. Pro-active safety culture
  3. Compliance of personnel
  4. Risk identification and addressing
  5. Develop standard Risk Assessments for critical tasks

Qualifications / Experience

  • Diploma in administration
  • Degree in Administration
  • Accounting knowledge
  • Previous work as administrator
  • Proven experience in managing people

Essential:

  • Attention to detail
  • Report writing
  • Computer literacy (Power Point, Word, Excel)

Desirable:

  • Accounting background
