Job title: Duties and Responsibilities / KPI’s
Expected Delivery:
- Receive and deliver documents or items as instructed
- Deliver items precisely and timely
- Assist with office duties such as photocopying and filing
- Attend visitors and serve promptly
- Maintain office cleanliness
Implementation of office 5s program in all offices
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform activities including receiving and delivering documents
- Support office operations and assist staff
- Maintain cleanliness of offices, equipment, and furniture
- Oversee visual management boards and SDQCM processes
- Improve efficiency and continuous improvement
- Ensure accurate recordkeeping and PoE’s of training documents
Safety
- Site safety policy and new initiatives
- Pro-active safety culture
- Compliance of personnel
- Risk identification and addressing
- Develop standard Risk Assessments for critical tasks
Qualifications / Experience
- Diploma in administration
- Degree in Administration
- Accounting knowledge
- Previous work as administrator
- Proven experience in managing people
