Duties and Responsibilities / KPI’s

• 1.1 Removing and replacing worn or damaged tyres of ADTs, heavy duty trucks and auxiliary equipment’s. 
• 1.2 Balancing and aligning tyres to ensure proper trucks performance. 
• 1.3 Repairing punctures and other tyre damage. 
• 1.4 Maintaining accurate records of work performed. 
• 1.5 Ensuring all work is carried out to safety and quality standards. 
• 1.6 Using various tools and equipment related to tyre fitting. 
• 1.7 Keeping the work area clean and organized. 
• 1.8 Conducting routine maintenance checks on equipment tyres. 
• 1.9 Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient workflow. 
• 1.10 Following all company policies and procedures. 
• 1.11 Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. 
• 1.12 Change outs, along with all resources associated.

Qualifications / Experience / Knowledge

• 2.1 Vocational certificate/ Diploma from a recognized institution. 
• 2.2 At least 5 years of experience as Heavy-Duty Tyre Fitter 
• 2.3 3 years of hands-on experience on Mines Mobile equipment. 
• 2.4 Demonstrated ability to improve team safety awareness.
