Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals
• Manage and lead a team of professionals to achieve business objectives
• Ensure effective management of day-to-day operations, including finance, HR, and logistics
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and suppliers
• Identify and capitalize on business opportunities to drive growth and profitability
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in the energy sector
• Proven track record of success in business development, leadership, and team management
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
• Strong understanding of the Liberian business environment and regulatory requirements
