National Project & Partners Coordinator
The Central Agricultural Research Institute (CARI) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Project & Partners Coordinator to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing projects and partnerships with various stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and private sector organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage projects and partnerships with various stakeholders
- Develop and implement project plans and strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities
- Provide technical assistance and support to project teams
- Monitor and evaluate project progress and outcomes
Requirements:
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. agriculture, business, international development)
- At least 5 years of experience in project management and coordination
- Strong networking and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
