Job Description

We are seeking a Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. This position involves managing daily administrative tasks, coordinating internal and external communications, and providing support to various departments to ensure smooth operational flow within the company.

  • Handle incoming phone calls and emails to facilitate effective communication across the organization.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate logistics for various events.
  • Maintain and update administrative files and documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other materials for meetings and corporate communications.
  • Collaborate with different departments to streamline administrative processes and ensure operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Experience level: 2 to 5 years, 5 to 10 years, or more than 10 years
  • Education: technical school, college, HND, bachelor's degree, master's, or doctorate
  • Language: proficiency in French and potentially other languages
