Job Description

We need to output clean semantic HTML with

,

,
  • . No CSS classes, no inline styles, no
    , no
. Must preserve all original content word-for-word, but we need to strip the style tags and formatting. The input is HTML with inline styles. We need to extract the text content and then wrap appropriately. We need to identify sections: Title, Apply by date, About Restless Development, Our approach to safeguarding, About our Youth Employment Work, About the Role, Job title, Location, Salary, Preferred start date, Length of contract, Reports to, Expected travel, Key responsibilities (with subpoints), Skills and Experience (Essential list). Also maybe other sections like "Skills and Experience" includes Essential list; there may be more but cut off. We must preserve all original content word-for-word, meaning we cannot omit any text. However we can remove the style tags and just keep the text. Also need to preserve line breaks? We'll convert to paragraphs. We need to use

for section headers (e.g., Responsibilities, Qualifications, Requirements, Education, Experience, Skills, How to Apply, Key Duties, About the Role). So we need to decide which headings correspond to those. The text includes headings like "About Restless Development", "Our approach to safeguarding:", "About our Youth Employment Work:", "About the Role", "Job title:", "Location:", "Salary", "Preferred start date:", "Length of contract:", "Reports to", "Expected travel", "Key responsibilities", then numbered responsibilities, then "Skills and Experience", "Essential". Also there may be other sections like "Key responsibilities" is a heading. We need to wrap each heading in

. For subheadings like "Job title:" maybe treat as heading? The instruction: Use

for section headers (e.g. Responsibilities, Qualifications, Requirements, Education, Experience, Skills, How to Apply, Key Duties, About the Role). It doesn't say we must use h4 for every bold label like "Job title:", but we could treat them as headings. However they are not exactly section headers; they are more like fields. But we could still use

    for consistency? The instruction: "Use

for section headers (e.g. Responsibilities, Qualifications, Requirements, Education, Experience, Skills, How to Apply, Key Duties, About the Role)". It implies we should use h4 for those kinds of section headers. For other bold labels like "Job title:", we could just keep as

with bold? But we cannot use inline styles or tags? We can use plain text; we can keep the bold as part of text? The instruction says preserve ALL original content word-for-word — do not add, remove, summarise, or rephrase. That includes the bold formatting? But we cannot use or because they are not allowed? The rules only restrict use of CSS classes, inline styles,

    ,
. They didn't forbid or . However they said use

for introductory paragraphs and general text,

    for section headers,
    • for list items. They didn't forbid other tags like or . But to be safe, we could just keep the text as is, without any markup for bold. The original content includes the bold markup via style tags; we are to strip those and keep the text. So we will output plain text; the bold visual is lost but that's okay because we cannot use style. The instruction says preserve ALL original content word-for-word — do not add, remove, summarise, or rephrase. If we remove the bold styling, we are removing formatting, but maybe they consider that okay because we cannot represent it. Usually in such tasks, they accept stripping style. Thus we will output plain text within

      or

etc. We need to decide what constitutes a section header. Likely: "About Restless Development", "Our approach to safeguarding:", "About our Youth Employment Work:", "About the Role", "Key responsibilities", "Skills and Experience". Also maybe "Essential" as a subsection under Skills and Experience; could be

as well. But the instruction says use

for section headers (e.g. Responsibilities, Qualifications, Requirements, Education, Experience, Skills, How to Apply, Key Duties, About the Role). So "Skills" is a section header, "About the Role" is a section header. "Key responsibilities" maybe corresponds to "Responsibilities". So we can use

for "Key responsibilities". For "Skills and Experience", we can use

for "Skills". But the heading is "Skills and Experience". We'll treat as

      Skills and Experience

. For "Essential", maybe it's a subsection; could be

      Essential

      or just

      Essential

. But we can't use strong. Could treat as

      Essential

. However that might be too granular. But we can keep as

with the text "Essential". The instruction didn't forbid using

for any text. So we can keep "Essential" inside a

. Similarly, the numbered responsibilities like "1. Organisational Development and Capacity Strengthening." could be considered a subsection heading; but we already have

      • for list items. The numbered headings are bold and not list items. We could treat them as

as well, but then the list items under them are
        • . However the instruction says use
          • for list items (duties, requirements, qualifications, skills). So the responsibilities list items are under each numbered heading. So we could treat each numbered heading as

            and then the following
            • items as list. Thus we need to parse the input and produce HTML accordingly. Let's extract the text content from the given HTML, ignoring tags. I'll manually copy the text: Programme Coordinator - Organizational Development & Advocacy Apply by 10th September 2026 at 5:00 PM (E.A.T) About Restless Development Restless Development Uganda is an agency for youth-led change; we support the collective power of young leaders to create a better world. Strong understanding of advocacy, The text cuts off at "Strong understanding of advocacy, ". Probably the original had more but we must preserve as is. We'll keep that incomplete sentence. Now we need to wrap in HTML. We'll start with the title as maybe

Programme Coordinator - Organizational Development & Advocacy

? The title is a job title; could be considered a section header? Not listed but we can treat as

. Or we could wrap in

              . The instruction: Use

for section headers (e.g. Responsibilities, Qualifications, Requirements, Education, Experience, Skills, How to Apply, Key Duties, About the Role). Title is not listed, but we could still use . But the title appears also later under "Job title:" duplicate. We should keep only one occurrence? The instruction: Remove duplicate text (if the title appears multiple times, keep it once). So we need to deduplicate the title. The title appears at the very top and also under "Job title:". We should keep only one instance. Which one? Probably keep the first occurrence as the title, and remove the duplicate under Job title: but we still need to keep the label "Job title:" and its value? The duplicate removal likely means if the exact same title text appears multiple times, keep one. But the second occurrence is prefixed with "Job title: ". That's not identical. So we keep both? The instruction: "Duplicate text (if the title appears multiple times, keep it once)". Means if the title string appears multiple times (maybe as a heading and later as a field), keep only one. So we should keep the title string only once. We could keep the first occurrence as a heading, and remove the later "Job title: Programme Coordinator - Organizational Development & Advocacy" line entirely, or we could keep the label but remove the duplicate title? Safer: keep the first occurrence as a heading, and for the later "Job title:" line, we could keep only the label "Job title:" and maybe not repeat the title? But that would alter content. Better to keep the first occurrence and delete the later line entirely (including label). However that would remove the label "Job title:" which is part of the original content. The instruction says remove duplicate text, not remove labels. If we delete the whole line, we lose the label. But maybe they consider the label as part of the duplicate? Not sure. Given typical job listing deduplication: they'd keep the title once, and still have the field "Job title:" with the title? Actually they'd keep the field but not duplicate the title string elsewhere. But the title appears as part of the field; if we remove the field, we lose the field. I'd interpret that we should keep the title only once, but we can keep the field label and maybe not repeat the title? That seems odd. Maybe easier: Keep both occurrences because they are not identical strings (one is just title, other is "Job title: ..."). The instruction says "if the title appears multiple times, keep it once". The title appears as part of the second line, but not as a standalone string. So it's not exactly the title appearing multiple times; it's the title as part of a larger string. So we can keep both. Thus we will keep all text as is, except we will strip tags and format. Now we need to decide on headings. I'll produce:
