Project Director

Job Description

The Project Director will serve as the team leader of the project staff. He/she is expected to provide guidance, Knowledge and skills to the church leadership, other project staff, children and caregivers. The Project Director will ensure that all programmatic, and financial matters of the project are managed efficiently and effectively.

The applicant must be mature born-again Christian with a sound testimony. Must have a proven relationship with Jesus Christ. Ability to work with and influence others, serves as an advocate for children and their caregivers. Proven integrity in personal and public life and must hold a Degree in Development studies, Social Work, Education, Child development and Children’s Ministry, Business Studies, Social Sciences. Skills in Project Planning and Management will be an added advantage. Previous supervisory experience desirable. Excellent communication skills.
