Visit our website at: www.rclfoods.com RCL FOODS is seeking a highly skilled and efficient Stock Controller (In Development) to join the Sugar Division . The role will report to the Procurement Manager and will be based in Komati . The Stock Controller will be responsible for overseeing store operations, including stock management, procurement compliance, budget control, team supervision, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements

• A Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent qualification.
• System skill (SAP and MS skills) - prerequisite.
• At least 3 years supervisory or equivalent experience.
• 3 years relevant experience in a Store or Warehousing environment.
• Must demonstrate the ability to problem solve efficiency.
• To be considered for appointment, candidate must be a South African citizen.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Management of Subordinates, as well as time management and clearing of time messages.
• Manage receiving, issuing, storing, counting, safeguarding, and disposal of stock items to and from store.
• Management of general store operations and material management.
• Enforcing and Auditing of Procurement SOPs.
• Reporting and spend monitoring.
• Transit store organising.
• Management of Safe keeping and preservation of stock.
• Management of Stores operational budget.
• Communication with internal and external customers.
• Organise and co-ordinate stock and cycle counts.
• Ensuring that departmental and business requirements.
• Report and investigate accidents, incidents and implement preventative measures.
• Maintain high quality work standards and good housekeeping in area of responsibility and comply with safety standards and requirements.
