We are seeking a highly organized and commercially minded General Services Officer (GSO) to manage the organization’s physical assets, hardware, logistics, and general services operations. This role is critical to ensuring the effective control, maintenance, and movement of company assets while supporting financial accountability and operational efficiency. This role sits within the Finance Department and plays a key part in ensuring value-for-money procurement, strong asset controls, and smooth day-to-day operations. The GSO is the primary custodian of company hardware and fixed assets, responsible for inventory control, logistics coordination, and inter-branch distribution, while working closely with Finance and Operations teams to support accurate reporting and compliance.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Procurement & Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Logistics, Facilities Management, Accounting, or a related field from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of proven experience in General Services, Office Administration, Procurement/Supply Chain, Facilities or Building Management, Vendor Coordination, Logistics, and General Operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, source, and manage reliable vendors and contractors.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the company’s industry and operational environment.
  • Proven track record of coordinating administrative and operational activities efficiently.

Skills

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Computer literacy (MS Office Suite)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Age Requirement
